Compliance is a major aspect of any professional practice. Our markets and profession are governed by onerous legislation originally intended to province investor protection. 

Whilst we strongly support full disclosure of fees and or commissions and most other aspects of Compliance we believe that legislation has become counter productive, cumbersome and will ultimately increase the cost of quality financial advice.
 
Quantum Planning is audited by our licensor on a regular basis and we maintain extremely high standards of compliance. Our business is  process driven and all transactions have at least two professionals inputting their expertise to further enhance our standards and checking systems.
 
Finally we believe that the best compliance is to have quality, well qualified advisors committed to doing the right thing for the client. Our CLIENT FIRST approach is central to our formal compliance environment and we always act in the client’s best interest.

Who can I speak to if I have a complaint about the advisory service?
 
We are committed to providing quality advice to our clients. This commitment extends to providing accessible complaint resolution mechanisms for our clients. If you have any complaint about the service provided to you, you should take the following steps:
  1. Contact your adviser and tell your adviser about your complaint.
  2. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within three days you should contact Quantum Planning Solutions Complaints Officer (Natalie Goodall) on (07) 5509 8999 or put your complaint in writing and send it to PO Box 2041, Southport QLD 4215. We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
  3. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you can raise your concerns with the Financial Industry Complaints Service on 1800 335 405. Quantum Planning Solutions is a member of this complaints resolution service. The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) also has a freecall Infoline on 1300 300 630 which you may use to make a complaint or obtain information about your rights.
